The stock and hand guards are free of any type of cracks. There is also a SAKO stamp on the barrel and SAKO stamp on the side of the stock. The M39 is one of the most distinctive and advanced Mosin Nagant designs produced. This 1943 Sako manufactured M39 has the Finn military SA property mark stamp on the receiver top. In 1939 the Finnish Army and Civil Guard adopted a standard rifle known as the M39.
